During a recent storm I received extensive hail damage to my new 2012 Mercedes GL450 (over 200 dings).
The Mercedes dealer said the damage was too great for paint-less dent removal, and that I’d need to have it
repaired at a body shop. Fortunately I found Kurt, who did an OUTSTANDING job. Kurt is obviously master
craftsman. I went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb, and it is once again perfect, in every way. My dad
was in the car business in North Carolina and contracted this type of service often. Kurt is the best I’ve ever

I called at 7:30 A.M. and at 8:30 A.M. my wifes Acura was being worked on. How
about that for service. I had a passenger door. It took over two hours for Kurt to

shopping cart sitting against my brand new Lexus. Not only was there a large dent in
my drivers front fender, but also in my drivers door. My Lexus is black so dents look

I am not one who writes comments or takes the time to write a testimony, but in this
case I told Kurt I would. Let me start by saying Kurt is the nicest most perfessional
person I have meet in a while. From the time I talked to him on the phone until He
had repaired my Lexus I knew I had made the right choice. Let me get back to why I
am writing this testimony, two weeks ago I called another PDR company which I will
remain nameless. From the time I talked to them on the phone I had a uneasy
feeling. When they arrived to repair my Lexus the uneasy feeling actually got
stronger, I should of at that moment told them I would wait and not go forward with
the repair, but I told them to go ahead. When they told me the repair was finished I
walked outside expecting not to see where the dent once was, but instead I saw a
wavy mess. The dent was gone, but now there was a wavy finish in the panel. I
asked them if they could do anything with it and their reply was that the metal had
been stretched beyond being able to do a 100% repair. I paid them the $100 and
figured the heck with it. Everyday I would look at it, because of being on the drivers
side, and just get so upset about it. So I got on google after about two weeks later
and called Kurt. He said he was in the Green Hills area and would stop by in about a
hour. Kurt stopped in and not only did he make the panel perfect, but he repaired my
wifes car and my son's car that afternoon to perfection. All I have to say is, if you
need dent repair do not mess around with others, call Kurt and get it done right the
first time.
